For any cancellation requests, you may write to us at email@example.com or call us on +91-9837782959. You can cancel your order for any product before 2 hours of delivery/installation (as applicable).
Post-delivery/installation (as applicable), you will be charged 100% of the order value for cancellation.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, redo must be validated by management. You have 4 hours to contact Homigos to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days post initial service date.

Please keep in mind, while dry cleaning of sofa/ carpets or some other cleaning/ polishing service may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Right to Refuse Service:
Homigos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
